Orders
Susan will take orders by mail or email. She will also work with customers over the phone to work out the details of any order, be it a catalog order or commissioned sale.
The items shown in the catalog gallery are representative of pieces available at this time. Since some of these pieces may be sold prior to further catalog updates, Susan cannot guarantee that every piece shown in the catalog is immediately available. Please feel free to contact Susan George Craftware for up to date availability on catalog items, as well as new pieces in stock.
Even so, based on any of the items shown in the
catalog gallery, you may specify certain criteria such as glass shape and
style, color schemes and pattern design. Of course, the availability
of specific raw materials will always play a part in what Susan can deliver,
but every effort to closely match a particular customer's request will
be made.

care, using protective materials. Costs will be determined based
upon the order received, quantities, and the type of delivery method requested.
